The songs below are some I came up with one day while experimenting with a new 8 track digital recorder I borrowed from a friend. The first 4 songs are adlibs, songs I made up as I went along. I started with a simple chord progression on the guitar, then added other parts one at a time. The fourth song is only about 45 seconds or so, I don't konw what happened to it, I recorded the entire song (and the acoustic guitar was a bit out of tune, sigh, oh well). The last song is called Unknown Etude becuase I don't know who wrote it. I found the original melody and chord progression in a music theory book many years ago. Dirty River Full Moon Foggy Day One Quiet Evening Unknown Etude I am playing: bass guitar, electric guitar, accoustic guitar, tenor sax, alto sax, clarinet, keyboard. The drums are provided by the trax on the recording machine, it has a built-in drum machine, mostly common drum patterns. Here are the two songs from the demo cd that Latin Society recorded - Viejo Contigo No Quiero Estar Solo |
